Water Hygiene and Sanitation

In order to improve on their hygiene, the communities are encouraged to make personal hygiene a priority. By providing hand washing mechanisms systems FIST enables persons in these communities to maintain personal hygiene. Our activities in this area include the following;

→ Management of solid waste and drainage activities.

→ Promotion of hygiene and community mobilization.

→ Construction and maintain of pit latrines.

→ Spraying of bugs both in the latrines and home.

→ Maintenance of bore holes and other water sources.
